Settings interface
Record file clip size : When record file size large than clip size, SuperLivePro will close current record file and create a new file to record.
Reserved disk space : When disk free space smaller than reserved disk space,SuperLivePro will stop record.
Record recycle : When disk free space smaller than reserved disk space,SuperLivePro will record recycle.
Remember display order : Remember display order last played.
Display mode : Live display mode.
Audio alarm : SuperLivePro will play alarm music if the remote server occur sensor,video loss, motion alarm.
Shake alarm : SuperLivePro will play vibrate alarm if the remote server occur sensor,video loss,motion alarm.

1.Prompt "Login filed! Please check
network and server"
Possible reasons: Network disconnection or
remote server offline. Please check
network connection is normal and
remote server is online.
2.Prompt "Unknow server type"
Your server is not supported by
SuperLivePro. Please contact the dealer.
3.Prompt "Login filed! Please check
name and password"
Please check the user name and
password are correct.
4.Prompt "Connect error"
Possible reasons: network connection
or remote server offline. Please check
network connection is normal and
remote server is online. After you can
try to connect again.
5.SuperLivePro works normal under WIFI
network but do not work under GPRS/
EDGE/3G
Possible reasons: In some areas,
carriers limit the use of port 80/2000.
You can modify the server's port,we
recommend using port above 5000.
6.Why does the video always pause?
This may be caused by network
instability or remote server frame rate
is too high. We recommend using
3G/WIFI network and reduce the server
frame rate.
7.Why the program always quits ?
This may be caused by memory is
not enough. Please close some
applications
